Who we are

Undasite (undasite.com) lets partners deploy branded Deriv-facing sites, bots, and analysis tools. We are not affiliated with Deriv.com or Vercel, Inc. Contact: undasite@gmail.com.

Data we collect

• Account data — email address, password hash, and profile fields you save (including payout details you choose to add).
• Site configuration — branding, domains, Deriv app IDs, and deploy settings for sites you create.
• Vercel connection — if you connect Vercel, we store an encrypted access token and the team id (scope) you approved, plus related project and domain identifiers created through deploys.
• Usage and support — logs needed to run the service, prevent abuse, and answer support requests.
• Payments — M-Pesa and similar payment references required to complete domain or commission transactions. Card or wallet details are handled by the payment provider, not stored as full card numbers by us.

How we use data

• Create and manage your Undasite account
• Deploy and update sites on the Vercel team you connected
• Attach domains and set environment variables for those projects
• Process payments, commissions, and payouts you request
• Provide support, security, and fraud prevention
• Improve the product (aggregated or de-identified where practical)

We do not sell your personal data.

Vercel integration

Connecting Vercel is optional. The token we receive is used only to operate hosting on your behalf as described in Connect Vercel with Undasite. We encrypt the token at rest. Vercel processes data under Vercel’s privacy policy.

Sharing

We share data only as needed to run the service, for example:

• Vercel — project, deploy, domain, and env-var operations you request
• Deriv — OAuth and API calls you initiate with credentials you provide
• Domain and payment processors you use through Undasite
• Infrastructure providers that host this website and its database
• Authorities when required by law

Retention

We keep account and site data while your account is active. You may disconnect Vercel or close your account; we then delete or anonymize personal data that we no longer need, unless we must retain it for legal, security, or accounting reasons.

Your choices

• Update profile and hosting settings while signed in
• Disconnect Vercel from Settings or from your Vercel integrations page
• Request access, correction, or deletion via Support

Security

We use encryption in transit (HTTPS) and encrypt stored secrets such as Vercel and Deriv tokens. No method of transmission or storage is 100% secure.

Children

Undasite is not directed at children under 18. We do not knowingly collect their data.

Changes

We may update this policy. The “Last updated” date at the top will change. Continued use after an update means you accept the revised policy.
