End User License Agreement

1. Parties

This End User License Agreement (“Agreement”) is between you (“you”, “Customer”) and Undasite (“we”, “us”). Undasite is a third-party app builder for branded Deriv-facing websites, bots, and analysis tools. We are not affiliated with Deriv.com or Vercel, Inc.

2. License

We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use Undasite to configure and deploy templates to infrastructure you control (including your Vercel account), subject to this Agreement and applicable law.

3. Vercel integration

If you install the Undasite Vercel integration, you authorize us to access the Vercel team and scopes you approve in order to create projects, deployments, environment variables, and domain attachments for sites you publish from Undasite.

• Projects created through the integration belong to your Vercel account or team.
• Vercel’s own terms and billing apply to usage on that account.
• You may disconnect the integration at any time. Disconnecting may stop new deploys from Undasite until you connect again.
• You are responsible for the team you select, who has access to that team, and any spend on Vercel.

4. Your responsibilities

• Provide accurate account information and keep login credentials secure.
• Comply with Deriv, Vercel, domain registrar, and payment-provider rules that apply to your sites.
• Do not use Undasite for fraud, unauthorized access, or to misrepresent affiliation with Deriv or Vercel.
• Ensure your traders see appropriate risk disclosures. Trading involves risk; past performance is not a guarantee of future results.

5. Intellectual property

Undasite, its templates, branding, and software remain our property or that of our licensors. You retain rights to your own logos, copy, domains, and content you upload. Template source may include third-party open-source components under their own licenses.

6. Availability and changes

We may update templates, APIs, and this integration. We do not guarantee uninterrupted service. Features may depend on third parties (including Vercel and Deriv) that we do not control.

7. Disclaimer

Undasite is provided “as is”. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not provide investment, legal, or tax advice.

8. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, or for lost profits, lost data, or Vercel / Deriv / payment-provider charges, arising from your use of Undasite or the Vercel integration.

9. Termination

You may stop using Undasite and uninstall the Vercel integration at any time. We may suspend or terminate access if you breach this Agreement or if required for security or legal reasons.
